Tickets&Access

D: It’s possible to work at the festival?
R: Yes if qualified. Send your CV to Clever-Entertainment.

D: Is it possible to use a one-day ticket to access the festival on a different date than that specified on the ticket?
R: No. Tickets are valid only for the specified days.

D: I lost my ticket, what can I do?
R: If you bought it online, log-in with your mail on the ticket shop and print it again. 

Movement Entertainment is not responsible for the loss of paper tickets.

D: Is it possible to cancel or change date on a purchased ticket?
R: No, is not possible

D: Can I buy the tickets onsite?
R: Yes, but we have a limited amount of tickets, so in the case that we go sold out, it won’t be possible.
Check our Facebook page or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
Earlier you buy, less you pay. And you don’t risk to lose the Festival.

D: I didn’t receive the ticket, what should i do?
R: If the purchasing process was succesful, check the SPAM folder in your email account.

D: I’ve bought more than one ticket but there’s only one name: is it a problem?
R: Each ticket has a different barcode, so generally that should not be a problem. But if you have issues at the entrance, we reserve ourselves the right to ask for an ID.

D: Where can I buy the tickets?
R: You can buy tickets on our site: shoutxltickets.com

D: Can I bring pets?
R: No.

D: Is there site access for people with disabilities?
R: Disabled customers are welcome at Shout XL.  Lingotto Fiere doesn’t have particular architectonic barriers. If you are unable to attend the festival without the support from an assistant, then we will provide you with an additional ticket at no extra cost. Please contact us at info@movement.it

D: Can I pay by credit card?
R: Yes. We accept Mastercard, VISA, Bancomat and cash.

D: How can I recover a lost item after the Festival?
R: Contact us at lostandfound@movement.it

D: Can I access and exit the Festival at any time?
R: No. Once you leave you will not be allowed back in.

D: Can I access the festival with food or drinks?
R: No. It’s strictly forbidden to bring in the following objects:

  • food, bottles, cans, liquids
  • blunt objects (including mobile phone chargers, helmets, umbrellas)
  • drugs
  • sting sprays
  • explosives of any kind (included fireworks and other kind of explosives)
  • inflamable products (sprays, deodorants, perfumes)
  • promotional material
  • laser pointers
  • poles, sticks

The Organizers hold the right to deny access to anyone found in possession of the above items and to report them to the authorities.

D: Is there a list of forbidden objects?
R: We remind you that it is strictly forbidden to bring in:

D: How can I ask for a press accreditation?
R: Press accreditations are only possible if you are a photographer or journalist with an existing medium. Not for personal purposes or a hobby.

D: How can I gift a ticket?
R: When buying, you must input the data of the person who will receive the ticket. In case of multiple tickets, it is necessary to insert the data of each person.

D: What is the minimum age to attend Shout XL?
R: The minimum age limit to enter the festival is 16. Movement Entertainment Srl retains the right to ask for an ID and deny access to the minors under 16 years of age.

Cashless

D: What is IBAN code?
R: IBAN is your International Bank Account Number. If you do not know this number please contact your bank.

Please note that not every country uses an IBAN Code, please contact cashless@movement.it if this is the case for your country.

D: What is Cashless?
R: Cashless is the payment method available at the Shout XL: a re-chargeable card that replaces plastic tokens and that converts your cash into digital tokens! Once recharged you will be able to use your Paycard everywhere: to drink, to eat and to buy goods at the merchandising official store at the Festival.

D: Does my Paycard have an expiration date?
R: The credit on the unregistered Paycards will be deleted after 48 hours after the festival. The registered Paycards will be valid for 3 years since the registration date. Giving access to exclusive services and promotions for the upcoming Movement Events.

D: Can I redeem the credit left on my Paycard after the Festival?
R: Sure. If you haven’t used up all your credit by the end of the Festival go here and register your Paycard on your Movement Account to claim your refund for a small fee up to 48 hours after the end of the Festival. The refund may take up to 30 days to complete starting from the request date.
ATTENTION! Extra credit from Promotions will not be refunded.

D: Can I see what transactions have been made? How?
R: Yes. You can check up to the last 12 transactions by going to the Info Point.

D: When can I start charging some money on my Paycard?
R: You will be able to top-up some cash a few weeks before the Festival. If you have already registered online, you will receive an email with more information.

D: Can I check how much credits is left on my Paycard? How?
R: Yes. You can check how much credit you have left on your Paycard by going to the Info Points or at any Bar, Top-up Station and Food Area.

D: Can I use the Paycard I received at Kappa Futur Festival?
R: Yes, you can! Register online and associate your Paycard number at your profile

D: What if I lose my Paycard?
R: Once you have your Paycard, write down the 14 digits number on the back. It will be enough to go to the Info Point and we will give you another one.

D: What if my Paycard doesn’t work or if it’s broken?
R: Go to the Info Point next to the Main Stage Top-up Station, show your card, and we’ll give you a new one at no cost with your leftover credit.

D: Can I top-up my Paycard when I finish my credit?
R: Yes, at any of the Top-Up Stations.

D: Can I top-up the Paycard with any amount?
R: The first top-up will have a minimum of € 5. All successive top-ups will have a minimum of € 2.50. You can add up to € 100 per transaction, but the maximum amount you can have on your Paycard at any one time is € 200.

D: Can I get my Paycard before the Festival?
R: Unfortunately no.

D: I’m still a bit confused, how can I get help?
R: Come to the Info Points and our personnel will be able to answer any of your questions!
